The buildings are situated in the town centre in Tortorici or in the green Park. The finishing touches are good, the rooms are quite well furnished, inviting and confortable. Some of these houss have got a central heating plant or stoves. Almost in all the houses there is room for the car. Many of the houses have got a big garden. the strategic location of the buildings (very close to the valley) offer delightful views, relaxing and quiet stays.

Low Season  -every other day of the year- included Sunday and Holidays days

They are inclusive:  Consumptions (water. light, gas)  

                              Use of the cooking angle   

                              Sheets and towels

Extraordinary expenses: Initial and final cleaning                                               25 €

                                      Cleaning of the angle cooking if not effected

                                      from the client before the departure                              15 €

For inferior or superior stays a week the prices will be agreements with the clients   

in relationship of the duration of the stay and the house vacations choice.
